Septic Installation

Full septic system installation from applications and permits through final inspection and coverup.

Purple and white PVC irrigation or plumbing pipes laid in trench during installation with valve and fittings.

Why choose Advanced Aerobic for your install

An aerobic system is only as good as the crew that put it in. We take the paperwork off your plate, size the system properly for your soil and water use, and stand behind the installation with the same maintenance team who'll service it for years afterward.

Because the installer and the maintenance provider are the same shop, there's no finger-pointing later if something needs a callback — we own the whole life of the system.

Permits handled

Applications, submittals, and coordination with the county on your behalf.

System sized to site

Soil, load, and drainage assessed before hardware is ordered — not after.

OEM components

Authorized Norweco parts and other name-brand aerobic components.

Same team, after

The maintenance provider is us — no handoff to a stranger.

Choosing a disposal type

The right final disposal method depends on your lot, your soil, and how your household lives. We walk you through the options in plain language before any hardware is ordered.

Spray Irrigation

Treated effluent is spray-dispersed across the landscape. Common on residential lots in this region and generally the least expensive to install.

Subsurface Drip

Buried tubing distributes effluent below grade — no visible spray heads and works well on smaller lots or wooded sites.

Absorptive Field

A traditional drain field where soil conditions support it. Sizing depends on your percolation results.

How an installation goes

Every install we do follows the same clear sequence. Nothing is a surprise; nothing gets skipped.

  1. 01

    Site walk & application

We visit the property, discuss household size and water use, and pull permit paperwork together with the county.

  2. 02

    System design

Soil percolation, disposal type, tank sizing, and equipment selection get documented and reviewed with you before ordering.

  3. 03

    Installation & pressure test

Tanks set, lines laid, controls wired, air pump commissioned, and the whole system pressure-tested before it's buried.

  4. 04

    Final inspection & coverup

The county signs off, we cover the trench, hand over the homeowner's manual, and enroll you in maintenance if you choose.

After the install

What to expect for maintenance

Every aerobic system in Texas is required to be maintained under contract. Your homeowner's manual explains the schedule — chlorine tablets, filter checks, air-pump attention — and we handle the contracted inspections for you.
